Technical Abstracts

ImmuMon2026 will include a new technical talks session to highlight the breadth of cutting-edge techniques performed by EMCRs around the Monash precincts. These shorter format talks will focus on a single, specialised experimental technique to highlight its utility in immunology research with the aim to facilitate new collaborations between EMCRs across precincts. These presentations will catalyse new collaborations for the ImmuMon EMCR Seed Grants in the coming years.

EMCR technical talks will be 3-5 minutes and must be submitted via the designated Technical Talk Abstract template. Technical talks will not be selected from Oral presentation abstract submissions.

All speakers in the technical talk session will receive a small gift for their contribution.

Technical talks should include a brief introduction, description of the technique, how it was utilised in the EMCR’s project and how it can be applied to Immunological research.

To submit a Technical Abstract:

  • Please download the Technical Talk Abstract Template above

  • Files should be named ImmuMon2026_technical_talk_LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME
